Courtney's House Reborn

After close to 10 yrs in our little home we decided it was time for a bigger one.

We looked at moving on. Other established homes needed too much work and new home suburbs were too far away from everything and the houses built too close together.

We liked this area, the school and had made a good circle of friends over that time.

So we took the best of both worlds.

A new home in an old area.

Well Well Well. The site is a hive of activity this morning.
We have three Western Power workers, three brickies and their site manager (a real person this time).


The brick work has now started. GREAT!!!!! I am so happy...

First the slab has been sealed,



String lines set out (got to love a string line)



And corners set up. The eye-ometer doesn't think that is straight!!!!


Now we can watch it really grow.
Brickies said it will be well on its way by next week. They are working 7am to 4pm.
Will go and visit after school & see the progress.

    How wonderful is that Sandra!! So many busy little bees or should I say Fairies running around working now. We will see lots of progress each day now.
